On this blog you will find easy recipes that don't require a lot of strange ingredients that nobody has on hand. Cinnamon Roll Muffins

1 can Grand buscuits
1/4 cup butter-soft
1/2 cup brown sugar
1- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
scant granulated sugar


Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese-soft
1 tsp vanilla
1- 1/2 cups powdered sugar


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll each of the 8 biscuits out into a flat circle with a rolling pin. sprinkle both sides with granulated sugar. Smear about 1/2 tsp of butter onto each rolled out biscuit. In a medium bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle a good amount on each biscuit. Roll up each biscuit jelly roll style and cut into thirds. Place 3 pieces cut side up into each muffin tin cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Once cooled, let cool in the muffin tins for 5 minutes, then remove and let finish cooling.
Beat softened cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar together until smooth. Top each cooled muffin with icing.
