Tastees~Tastee Inn & Out: Lincoln, NE

5 lbs hamburger
1/4 cup catsup
3 t mustard
3 t Silver Springs creamy horseradish
3 t worcestershire sauce
5 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 t Accent
finely chopped yellow onion

Using an 8 oz cup or jar, combine all ingredients but beef, onion and Accent. Place beef in a large kettle or pan. Put the 8 oz jar of seasoning you just made into the kettle, on top of the uncooked beef. Fill the same jar with warm water, rinsing it around to get all the seasoning and pour into kettle. Next, fill the jar with the finely chopped onion and empty into kettle. Add a tsp of Accent directly on the meat. Take a wooden spoon and stir all the ingredients in the kettle thoroughly. Put the kettle on a low flame and stir constantly with the wooden spoon for about 15 min or until the meat is finely broken apart then increase the heat to medium unitl it comes to a boil. Let boil for about 25 min. Stir often so the meat crumbles and does not stick to the bottom. Put mustard and 2 pickles on the bun, drain the moisture with a slotted spoon before putting on bun.
